SHIPPING & RETURNS
Returns Policy
- You may return most new, unopened items within 4 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
- You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
- If you need to return an item, please make sure to Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping Terms
- We can ship to virtually any address in the USA and Mexico. Note that there are restrictions on some products.
- We will try and ship within 24 - 72 hours after order is placed if product is in stock.
- When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Our Shipping Options are the following:
Warehouse Pick Up (Only at Houston, Texas)
This option is for UPS ground and takes approximately 5-7 business days for shipping. A standard option for most customers.
This option is a LTL (Less Than truck Load) flat rate which adjusts to volume and can offer better rates than UPS with large volumes. Takes approximately 5-7 business days for delivery.
This option is for customers that need their product as fast as possible and takes 2 days for shipping but costs extra.
We will always offer you the best shipping rates available to us.
Note: Shopping cart shipping estimator is only a tool and does not reflect final rates. Prices may vary slightly on checkout due to residential or commercial destinations and more specific address information.

For larger bulk orders online that are inside the USA, usually more than 8 or 10 cases(boxes), shipping costs tend to drop to as low as $2-$5/case (SAVINGS & DISCOUNTS) and are determined by the lowest actual shipping charges. Smaller orders tend to be sent via UPS. These charges are reflected at checkout and can be observed before a purchase using the shipping calculator. - Please contact us to discuss FULL TRAILERS orders and customized orders for shipping rates. We guarantee competitive rates, combined with product discounts, can add up to substantial savings.
- We work hard to make sure you get your order as soon as possible. Our ability to ship same day is based on product availability and daily order volume. We cannot guarantee that all orders will ship the same day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, or after hours will be processed the following business day. Listed shipping charges apply to the the lower 48 states only. Actual shipping charges will apply for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and foreign destinations. Please call 1-281-238-9977 for rates.
- Shipping carriers pick-up at our warehouse at various times throughout the day. In order for us to expedite your order, we reserve the right to substitute carriers to serve you better.
- We normally ship via FedEx or UPS Ground. Some items ship via USPS Priority and Standard Mail. Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery. (USPS Standard Mail may take longer).
- Expedited Shipping Options are available. Please call 1-281-238-9977 during our normal business hours, 8:30 AM - 5 PM Mountain Time for rates.
